I emphasize practical self-defense.  It should be just as applicable for women as for men, for the small as for the big.

We have been having a real mixed class.  Since many of my top students are active in other martial arts, they come up with a great variety of questions.  We have been working on those questions and how they relate to self-defense and the martial arts.

Classes at the Little Rock Athletic Club
Free to members who are 16 years of age or older

Non-members can pay a $10 visitors fee.

Visitors are more than welcome to come by and observe / participate in the class.

Saturday 2:30pm-4:30pm - Aikido & Judo (Open Class)
